High Spec multi counter Parisian Streetscape themed restaurant, bar and kitchen including a new full mechanical and electrical fit-out and associated structural works. The 200-person diner experience includes a fully equipped kitchen and ancillary stores, offices and locker rooms. The high spec finish includes features such as an original vintage car, reclaimed brick and antique oak panelling, feature tiling and panelling throughout, lighting and shipping container modelled seating booths. All works were completed to the clients exacting standards on time and within budget. All works were undertaken within the high security area of Dublin airport Terminal 1.
