This €13 Million development consisted of a 54,000 sq ft. new build centre, multi-storey structure, providing full primary care services including public health nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, dental services and mental health services as well as a pharmacy and two complete GP practices.

The project was completed using the Building Control Management System (BCMS) and the majority of it was office space and consultation areas. Extensive civil works including piling, road construction and large landscaping areas also formed part of the contract.
