The works consisted of the fitting out, alteration and refurbishment of an existing 5 storey office building, located at the junction of Airton Road and Greenhills Road in Tallaght Dublin 24, to form the Kilnamanagh Tymon Primary Care Centre, incorporating doctors and nurses, multidisciplinary consulting, Treatment and Public Health Nursing rooms and associated support facilities, Addiction and Counselling Services, a Specialised Paediatric area, offices and a Pharmacy Retail Unit.

The works involved minor demolitions and alterations, extensive and complete fitting out, partitioning, walling, ceilings, floor finishes, mechanical and electrical services works and upgrading to existing lifts. Also, upgrading and remedial works to the external façade, roofs and carpark/service areas.
