The Promotors undertook a design and build project for the Harris Group. The Promotors provided a turnkey product where it procured planning permission right through to completion, sign off and certification. From incubation to completion the project took approx. 20 months with an overall value of €11 million. The project was completed in 2018. The Harris HQ is considered to be Europe’s largest truck showroom where the property extends over to 50,000sqf and is the international headquarters of the Harris Group for their overseas and national operations.
