John Donlon has 27 years high level experience in the Irish Construction Industry. His experience covers major projects in the private sector (e.g. Kennedy Wilson, Fitzwilliam Real Estate, Aer Lingus, Etihad Airways, Twitter, Facebook), semi-state (e.g. DAA, Iarnrod Eireann), and state (e.g. Castlerea Prison, Leinster House, Midlands Prison, Dublin Castle, Wexford Hospital). In his previous role running one of the larger construction companies in Ireland, John has been responsible for Business Development, Bid Management and Project feasibility. Once a project becomes live John will be responsible for overall project management, design build coordination, the delegation of team roles and the management of client’s relationships. As Managing Director of Wincove Build Limited, John will be continuing to bring these attributes for all WBL activities.

Degree in Construction Economics and Management (Bolton Street / Trinity College) – 1997-2001 Honours. Managing Safely in Construction, validated by the Institute of Occupational and Health.
