The conservation and fit out of luxury apartments at 94 St Stephens Green ‘The Residence’ The project won the Building and Architect 2022 Conservation Award for a Large Single Building or Development. This project is prominently located at the south of St Stephen’s Green
High levels of conservation were applied to the façade, including wigging pointing of the brick and windows to match the building historical significance. Internally the building was fitted out to the highest standards.
