The Meath Primary Care Centre

project information

This project consisted of the refurbishment and extension of an existing building within a live HSE controlled hospital campus to develop high quality primary care facilities. It required a phased completion and included the construction of a roof top fourth floor extension.

The project was completed with a high specification medical fit-out with be-spoke joinery. Each floor was developed to cater for different end user occupation requirements with additional space for visitors.

Due to the phased occupation, the building became live while construction works were still in operation. Managed interaction with the building users and the public to ensure uninterrupted working operations within the building was facilitated at all times.

The Meath Primary Care Centre now provides a broad range of primary healthcare services through a combination of public and private providers, together employing 110 people in a very high-quality environment.
